Do you organize an ice show?

The Montreal Silver Blades Club has no annual ice show. However, we can be asked to take part to other figure skating clubs' ice revue.

Are there sessions for beginners to practice their skating skills?

Skating skills improve with time and practice. Public sessions are a good way to practice stroking and cross-overs, especially in a crowded environment. These sessions quickly give the skater a good sense for balance. Many arenas in Montreal offer public skating sessions. Give them a call to know the public skating schedule. There is the Atrium skating rink at 1000 de la Gauchetière and the Old Port skating rink if you enjoy outdoors skating.
